Celebrities rung in the New Year with many daring and head turning looks. From Miley Cyrus to Dua Lipa, many celebrities shared their celebrations and New Years looks via social media or TV to the world in the best way. These are the best celebrity looks from New Year's Eve.

 Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus returned to NBC for the second year to host her New Years Eve Party with superstar Dolly Parton. The party featured several performances featuring Cyrus with other artists such as Sia and Paris Hilton. In these performances, Cyrus wore several looks that have to be highlighted. Over the years Cyrus has developed a signature rock or punk style that is unique and fun. She is not afraid to try riskier looks during her performances. In addition to her and co-host Parton wearing matching cheetah and black outfits, Cyrus wore several vintage looks from the likes of Versace, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Bob Mackie and more. While performing “Stars are Blind” with Cyrus, Hilton wore a variation of her infamous 21st birthday party dress and wore a pink chainmail dress by Laurel DeWitt.

Sia

Singer Sia is best known for her signature whimsical style and her New Years Eve performance outfits were no exception. She performed with Hilton and Cyrus during their “Stars are Blind” performance donned in a light blue dress with butterflies and flowers along with her signature matching bow. The singer performed in a Dolce & Gabbana balloon dress with a red bow and mismatched sandals. Later, she changed into a white tulle gown for another performance.

Halle Bailey wore a sparkle sheer jumpsuit for her Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve Celebration performance. The singer wore long matching earrings completing her look.
