Florence Pugh is quickly coming to be heralded as one of the greatest actresses of her generation. The British actress rose to prominence from her 2016 role in Macbeth, and through her roles in films like Black Widow, Midsommar, and Greta Gerwig’s Little Women, has quickly risen to be widely adored.

Pugh is dedicated to her craft; in her most recent role in the film A Good Person, directed by ex beau Zach Braff, she insisted that she cut her own hair for a scene. She did, and on top of that, at this year’s Met Gala, Pugh debuted a new buzz-cut look for a new project, We Live In Time.

The actresses’ style is something that fans have been obsessing over for some time. There is something about her self assured attitude and witty character that provides, in addition to lovable on-screen charisma, the perfect recipe for bold, memorable, and unique red carpet looks. Pugh is the queen of making a statement, and almost every appearance she makes gives us a new stylistic approach to admire.

Pugh has a long history of wearing Valentino; in fact, pretty much all of her most iconic looks are courtesy of the historic house. Last year, she donned a sheer magenta dress, a bold look which was criticized by many for the fact that it showed the actresses nipples. Also an iconic moment was when Pugh showed up to the Cannes Film Festival for Don’t Worry, Darling in a purple girl-on-vacation Valentino three piece and an Aperol spritz.

Last week, she wore another sheer Valentino look to a Tiffany & Co. party, this time in a pastel mint green hue. She paired this look with a blonde bob, looking like a sexy Tinkerbell. This week, in addition to her buzzcut, Pugh wore a white Valentino gown with a long, cascading train and a dramatic, feathered headpiece.

With this long and fruitful history between Valentino and Pugh, it is no surprise that the starlet has been named as Valentino’s newest brand ambassador. This partnership was kicked off with Pugh posing for the house’s Fall 23 Garavani Rockstud accessory campaign. It is no surprise that Florence, who lights up our film screens so magically, also has an enchanting effect in front of the still camera. The campaign is full of energy, thanks to her.

This seems to be a match made in heaven (or Hollywood), and we can’t wait to see what great look Pugh will don next.
