YSL’s Menswear Spring 2023 Collection in Morocco’s Agafay Desert with Celeb Guests

Yves Saint Laurent’s creative director, Anthony Vaccarello really put on a show this past weekend in Morocco for their Spring 2023 Menswear collection. It was compared to almost being in a sci-fi film with its inspiration from an existential novel, The Sheltering Sky by Paul Bowles. With celebrity guests Dominic Fike, Iann Dior, Anwar Hadid, Anja Rubik, Steve Lacy, Laura Harrier, and many more, the show was a sight to see as models walked down the Moroccan desert runway.

The runway was full of sleek black suits, loose-fitting trench coats, silky chiffon blouses, velvet pants that increase in volume at the hem, billowing jackets, masculine glamour accessories such as heeled shoes, bejeweled satin slides, and so much more.

A lot of the looks mimicked women’s presentation, however, Vaccarello makes it a point that it's not about which gender is dressed as who, it is simply about how great clothes are great clothes for anyone.

Take a peek into this year’s collection and the celebrity guests that attended…
