A Fairytale Wedding… In Four Versace Dresses

Like we said… We would be back with news on the newlyweds’ beautiful wedding. Britney Spears and Sam Asghari just got married and they did it in style. After a long-awaited engagement in September 2021 and not-so-secret meeting with Donatella for a custom wedding dress, we are so excited to present you with the deets on the gorgeous outfit changes Spears wore for her fairytale wedding this past Thursday at her home in Thousand Oaks, California.
With Madonna, Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, Donatella herself, and many more in attendance, the night was something to remember and very much deserved after years of distress for Spears and her conservatorship.

Spears walked down the aisle to “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley in a custom Versace Atelier gown. The white, classic, portrait neckline gown had a touch of pop star to it to match the Princess of Pop’s vibe with a white choker and short fingerless gloves made of tulle. The gown was connected in the back with an elegant stream of pearls before it trails out into a 10 foot train. The 15-foot veil was also made of tulle with a satin trim to match her satin white pumps, also by Versace.

After the newlyweds said their “I Do’s”, Spears slipped into a black Versace tuxedo dress to dance the night away.
Next on the outfit change schedule was a two-toned outfit which was not photographed.

Finally, Spears ended the night in a red-hot mini dress with fringed sleeves.

We can’t forget Asghari… Asghari had on a black wool tuxedo with silk satin details on the double-breasted peak lapel jacket and pants with a banded belt to wed his beloved. Beneath the tux was a white dress shirt, traditional smoking collar, a silk bow tie, and matching loafers.

For the reception, Asghari put on a navy suit worn over an embroidered black t-shirt that said, “Britney & Sam”.
"Designing Britney and Sam's wedding outfits came naturally to me," Donatella said in a statement to People Magazine. "A tremendous amount of love was poured into every detail. Together with our Atelier, we created a gown and tuxedo that exudes elegance and glamour. They look just perfect together!"
Versace has made the already fairytale wedding even more of a fairytale with their beautiful designs. We wish the beautiful, happy couple all the best.
