Best Looks From The 2023 CFDA Awards
The 2023 CFDA Fashion Awards took place at the American Museum of Natural History and was hosted by actress, Anne Hathaway. The award ceremony celebrates American fashion and creatives that contribute to its evolution. Guests included celebrities like Alton Mason, Rauw Alejandro, Law Roach, Serena Williams, Teyana Taylor, and Winnie Harlow.
Alton Mason
Model, Alton Mason wore Dolce&Gabbana from head to toe, he accessorized this outfit with a durag. The outfit reminded us of 2000s rappers’ fur coat looks such as Snoop Dogg, Diddy, Cam’ron, and 50 Cent. This was an homage to them as they represent menswear in Black Culture. Mason himself emulated black excellence with this look.

Rauw Alejandro
Singer Rauw Alejandro, arrived at the carpet in Willy Chavarria. Chavarria is known to push boundaries in men’s fashion and this look worn by Rauw shows that perfectly. The silhouette of the pants are unique, cool, and definitely push boundaries in menswear. Rauw killed this look!

Law Roach
Fashion stylist, Law Roach wore a Laur deconstructed trench coat. He accessorized this outfit with aviator glasses, fishnets, and snakeskin boots. Roach stated that he was experimenting more with his style. Law Roach’s style is sleek, clean and sophisticated but he made with this outfit, declaring that it is not anymore. This outfit is disheveled and whimsical.

Serena Williams
The Fashion Icon, Serena Williams arrived at the CFDA carpet wearing custom Thom Browne. Her sequined bodycon dress with the train detailing paired well with her silk puffer sleeves and 18K white and gold jewelry. She looked beautiful and her speech was touching. Her award as Fashion Icon was well deserved!

Teyana Taylor
Singer, actress, and dancer, Teyana Taylor stepped out in a patent leather Christopher John Rogers two piece. She accessorized her look with a sterling silver rod that went across her face and sat on her cheekbones.

The model, Winnie Harlow wore a Marc Jacobs ensemble with a piaget diamond necklace and matching diamond drop earrings. Her purse is also accessorized with diamonds. The jewelry was a beautiful pop of color to the all black ensemble.
