Taylor Swift Missed Sparkling - And By The Way, She’s Going Out Tonight
Taylor Swift wants us all to know that she can still make the whole place shimmer. The singer, currently on her record-breaking Eras tour, is not hiding after the announcement of her breakup with her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn. Swift has been spotted out for dinner with friends in New York City three separate times.

Throughout the month of April, she has been spotted at dinner with her collaborator Jack Antonoff and his fiancee, Margaret Qualley. The next week, she was at dinner again with friend Ashley Avignone. Most recently, the “Anti-Hero” singer was photographed walking to a private club with a squad of her close girlfriends, including the Haim sisters, Blake Lively, and Gigi Hadid.
Her wardrobe in these sightings has been simple, put together, and stylish. When dining with Antonoff, she wore a simple off the shoulder black top and blue jeans with bejeweled butterfly cutouts. Simple, yet still very Taylor. The following week she wore a pair of criss-crossed black jeans from Agolde and a brown t-shirt. Out with her girlfriends, the singer wore a black mini dress and her signature red lip.

All of these looks have a couple of things in common. They are simple, look great on her, and do not distract too much attention. Swift looks confident and upbeat, showing that she is doing well and maybe even recording new music (she was also seen leaving Electric Lady studios) after her recent split.

The photographs captured during all of these instances were no accident. Taylor Swift has proven that she can hide from anyone if she wants to, and has gone over a year with no public appearances when she wanted to maintain her privacy. The images captured during her outings were high quality. She looked directly into the camera, prepared to be seen. It was all clearly planned.
Swift is the master of publicity. She is not one to make public statements, and has not acknowledged the news, released by Entertainment Tonight. These appearances in New York in between her tour stops are her way of communicating to the world that she is going strong.
