The Newest Addition to the Beauty World: SimiHaze Beauty

Twin sisters, Simi and Haze Khadra, create a namesake label, SimiHaze Beauty. Their brand’s focus is for each product to have their own duality. A lipstick that can be worn in the day and night, an eyeshadow look that will enhance your eyes, not cover, and products that allow you to create minimal or maximal looks. They believe makeup should be expressive rather than restrictive and they show that through their fun, unique products with sculptural packaging.
Simi and Haze have been involved in the music and fashion scene since they were 14-years-old. After jet-setting between London and Los Angeles, DJ-ing at music festivals, and hanging with their high-profile inner circle, Simi and Haze have developed their own brand inspired by their many experiences that helped shape their aesthetic. Experimenting with beauty has only furthered their artistic expressions.
As avid beauty consumers, the Khadra sisters paved the way to fill the gaps in the beauty industry with their new eccentric SimiHaze Beauty line. They realized matte lipsticks were lacking moisture and many cheek tints in the market were “unreliable”.

Their goal for the brand, as touched on above, is to make a more functional product that is easy to use, but can also achieve a maximal look. From eye stickers and gems to matte lip balm to all-over face tint, the Khadra sisters have been off to a good start especially with the likes of Hailey Bieber, BLACKPINK, Charli XCX, and more.

Their first “Capsule 1” collection had three core items initially. One being the Velvet Blur Matte Lip Balm comes in 12 shades that have a matte finish, but also hydrate your lips with a vegan, cruelty-free formula. The Sun Flush All-Over Face Tint is a multipurpose serum that gives a dewy look in a choice of 5 different tints. It can be applied to the eyes, lips, or cheeks to brighten up your everyday makeup look. The third product of the launch, the Lip Trace Liner, keeps the lips plump and hydrated with jojoba oil.
