Gucci Gave the Audience a Lot to Look at During Milan Fashion Week

The new Gucci ready-to-wear F/W 2023 collection debuted at Milan Fashion Week on Friday and was eye-catching. There were many contrasting outfits, some had little fabric to them revealing much of the model’s body and others were covered almost head to toe in a floor-length feathered dress.

The show began with a tiny GG chain top, black gloves, heels, and a bag. This was a very interesting choice to start out with because when the look is compared to the others, it is a nice base level. However, the second look that came right after that was a model with a calf-length trench coat, black pants, and a white turtleneck, very modest compared to the first look.

One outfit consisted of a pair of jeans, a Gucci belt, a button-down, and a long beige trench coat, a very casual but chic look. A more formal look from the line was a black and white dress that cinched at the waist and gave the appearance of an upside-down A-line cute dress. Many of the looks included coats made of faux fur and some coats just had collars made of faux fur. But, they all included bright, bold colors that draw the eye straight to the outfit. These faux fur garments were visually intriguing because some included two colors, giving the pieces a lot of dimension and almost a blurred effect.

Many styles were seen within the line, from very formal wear to street style to casual outfits in which you would run errands. There were many coats in the collection and it was very exciting to see a brand play with the textures and look of coats. They are not only for warmth, but they can also be a fashion statement, which was seen in this show.

There were many celebrity sightings at the Friday show for Gucci, including Dakota Johnson, A$AP Rocky, Julia Garner, and so many more. This gathered a lot of attention for Gucci because they have been struggling for a little bit, but with so many big names there it proves they are still relevant and desired by the people.

For the finale of the show, the whole team that worked on this collection came out to take a bow and thank the audience for coming and viewing the show.
